ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
We accept returns or offer a replacement only if the product is damaged or the package arrives broken during delivery.
To qualify:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You must provide clear photos of: 1. The damaged item 2. The outer packaging 3. The shipping label
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened products
Used products
Products with tampered or removed seals
Items in good condition with no damage
Once the claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If the item is eligible, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and will follow the return process above.
